No. I never owned one of these but I'm fascinated by them. I love the way people converted this horseless carriage into a sports car.

I love early 30's Ford coup's. Good to see them with a flat head V-8. When you build a period piece a more modern engine just ruins it. I don't mind other engines in a modern street rod version, however.

Most of the time I like them with fenders.

I sometimes hang out at the H.A.M.B and I remember this guy posted a thread about how he was building an American Graffiti replica. He was totally flamed along the lines "why don't you come up with your own idea?". I thought I was back on Harmony Central for a second. It seemed like so many guitar build threads I had read there.
