Question: Recommend me an inexpensive 12 string A/E for gigging

Need something in the $400 or lower range that is decent enough to gig with. No way my Takamine is going to travel. I have heard some good things about the Jasmines, but are they decent enough?

I don't really want an Ibanez, but may consider one.

Any other options you guys know of?

What body style do you want OGG? I've seen a 12-string Takamine G Series Dreanaught with a solid spruce top that's $319. It would be better than a Jasmine.

Yeah, I saw that same guitar. Very tempting.

Not picky about the body shape, but not a jumbo fan either. A dreadnaught or a cutaway are preferable.

You could give it a try. BValley put in a word for me; I still can't believe they took me on. Imagine if I had commercial appeal like you. :grin:

Seriously, the top one is a great guitar for the price; I haven't had a chance to try the Heartsong.
