He's one year old, a black lab/retriever mix.


He's already taken to my wife.......he's pretty sweet.

Doesn't listen real well, but we'll work on that.

I gotta tell you.....normally I buy.
Just been my experience.

Hopefully, he'll work out and be cool.

I will say, I was a bit flabberghasted at how much it costs to adopt a dog these days.
The lady made up something to give us a discount, and it was still $130........yikes!
But he's fixed, has his shots and is microchipped, so whatever......

It's money well spent, considering what it would cost you to pay a vet to do all that. Plus whatever is left over helps support the shelters and "foster" homes who are usually squeaking by on small budgets.

Anyhow, Dexter looks like a great dog. Lab mixes are alway fun.

I don't know, looks like he may even have some guitar in him too, just can't make out if its Gibson or Fender :wink:
