Oh, I didn't mean to imply it was only NY. I've never been anywhere up there. I would guess it's in Joisey too. But I would not know. The furthestest North I've been in that direction is Maryland (where I lived twice as a kid, and where they have quite the idiosyncratic accent themselves).
