I got this Yamaha RS502 last night. It is hard to photograph because it has a satin finish so I'm using the pic from the seller.

Basically, I ended up returning the other Revarar I bought from MF because I bought it as "mint" open box but the fretboardand been scuffed up from the person that returned it before me. Also, even though the tailpiece looked cool, it was odd to have to loosen it to change strings.

Anyway, I wasn't planning on buying this but it came up at such a great price. I just had to stack it. Now I have to figure out how to pay for it. I got to play for a little bit last night and that is exactly what I was looking for in regards to P90 tone.

The neck is a little bit rounder and fatter than my super stressed but it is incredibly comfortable. I just wish I had a certain neck. But the gloss finish feels like glass. I'm definitely liking this one a lot

That looks pretty stealthy.

Got a question about your P-90 quest...was Reverend ever in the hunt? I ask based on your seeming preference for bolt-on guitars. Add to that, your interest in off-sets and it seems like this would be in your wheelhouse:

Being a huge Tele fan, I'd be all over this next one were I in the market for a P-90 machine:

That said, they'd likely provide a far less traditional P-90 tone, being bolt-on with maple necks and 25 1/2" scales.

I think my only complaint on this guitar(the Yamaha) is the one piece wraparound bridge. I think I'd prefer the 2 piece TOM. But, I've never played a one piece so who knows?
