What additions do you like in your mac n cheese ?

Progresso flavored bread crumbs on top are as far as I stray from cheese and noodles.

Jalapeños, sliced thinly to the point of near-invisibility. And cracker crumbs. Add some pepper and a little bit of milk. Perfection.
