I like it. My first impression was that of revulsion to the odd pick guard shape, but it kind like it after looking at it for a bit. Plus, speedholes!
 
Tone louvers!

I like most of it but the top material and the tone louvers aren't working for me.
 
Give me that guitar in wood, with a normal top and a mastery bridge and vibrato, and I am all over it.
 
I want to fight the urge to hate it, but the want-to just isn't quite there, and if it was, I'm sure I would lose the fight, anyway.
