I tried Guitar Center this morning in case the stores had unadvertised goodies. Nope. The stores don’t even have most of the deals on the web site. They just put a bunch of Squier starter packs, terrible Fender acoustic guitars, and cheap music stands up front at the regular price with BLACK FRIDAY sign.

Wow, those LPs are leftover 2013 models. I bet a lot of Gibson dealers with old guitars they can’t sell are going to pissed when they realize Henry J. is still dumping two-year old inventory.

I bought four dollar tuners from Reverb; I guess it was a good deal ... but one of them was DOA, and another literally just fell apart from the ultra-cheap plastic giving way to the pressure of the hinge spring. I like cheap stuff when it works.
