May I start having my midlife crisis now?

Duller than cardboard
Because I feel certain that a 25 year old English sports car with Lucas electronics and a Renault gearbox assembled by drunks who were employed by a company with no budget to keep the lights on in the factory for more than a few weeks at a time is a sure-fire path to financial solvency.

Oh hellz yeah. I drove one of those once... I don't know long term reliablilty, but it was fun as hell!

Fuck it.

Drop a built 22R in there, make yourself some new wiring looms and drive it happily for the next 30 years with no worries and all for a couple annual $20 oil changes and the requisite annual $8 fuel filter that has historically been the only thing that can make that motor hiccup.

I'd like to know how much the market has been impacted by the TG Christmas Special?

I just think they look incomplete without one :embarrassed:

honestly, i actually do like the cleaner line of the 911 without one. but to each his own. if someone was going to GIVE me a restored early 80's 911 SC and it had a tail, i'd still take it.

if the subject is middle age crazy wish car....then i'll have one of these, thank you.

I hear you loud and clear. I have liked the Cayman's ever since they came out. Yet, to be honest, I would go for the GT3RS. Yes, I like them like that.

Of course if I could afford one, I would be able to afford two. Then I would have one for track days and one as a daily driver...

Or get the RS for track days and the Cayman GT4 for a daily driver...

Or get two Cayman GT4's, race the crap outta them (maybe SCCA amateur series) and drive a Cayman GTS as my daily driver.

Or just stick with my Honda Civic and dream a little...
