Who's doing it, and what's on the menu?

I'm thinking full-blown burger feast, grinding my own meat and baking my own buns. Maybe brats also depending on how many people might show up.

Lobsters.

Lobsters are expensive this year.
I remember a couple of years ago when we first moved up here to NH, they were going for $2.99/lb.

My wife is out of town this year for the 4th, and my son is working, so maybe I'll just grill up a burger or something.

Though, a lobster roll from down the street sounds good, too.
There's a seafood restaurant/stand about 2.5 miles down the road from my house, and attached is a gourmet/craft beer shop.

:)

Yeah, I chose wisely.

Got a crap load of beef ribs cheap over the last few weeks; gonna par boil and throw 'em on the grill tomorrow

Just tossed a few hot dogs on while the shoulder is smoking and hot damn if they aren't some of the best dogs I've ever tasted.

The burgers and buns came out delicious! Later we've got a pizza to throw on while we watch the PPV of the Dead show.

Happy Fourth everybody. :)
