ROLA JTM-45 Handwired Amplifier Head

I guess in Australia you don't have to worry about trademark issues, then? Still, if it's a really good handwired amp, $1200+ US ain't too bad a price to pay, I reckon.

I usually avoid watching demo bids of things I can't afford or have no use for...it cuts down on the GAS pains...

...should have stuck to that policy...even on my phone that thing sounds like angels singing...
 
I love JTM 45s, but trademark? It's a bassman in a nutshell.

The amp wouldn't be trademarked...the name "JTM-45" could be.

Unless it's patentable, things like amp circuits aren't protected. You can copyright the physical schematic drawing, but not the circuit it represents. Trademarks are for brand names and similar.

I built one for a guy and I hated to sell it it sounded really good and better it seemed to take pedals really well... Its on my tadoo list to build one for me.... I will include the trem circuit when I do the next one

Its very loud though
