Modern Saint
Starve your Fear, Feed your Dream!
After hearing Marcos Panascia and Jeff Berlin jamming over Rhythm Changes I am going to make this my next study. I have never really studied Rhythm Changes as much as should and that could be because of the musical forms that I normally play. With my desire to in jazz, it has now become a necessity.
The history of Rhythm Changes refers to a chord progression in George Gershwin's son " I Got Rhythm". This pattern is one of the most common ones for jazz improvisation.
Many songs have been written with this foundation and I need to add it to my jazz standard repertoire.
