jeez. can't someone post a pic of something good so that i can feel OK that the music instrument industry isn't completely out of good ideas and good taste... ?

Plywood does have the advantage of less worries about wood expansion and contraction. blah0
 
that is intriguing with the detachable face plates.... but why plywood? and why the screws on the front? Fix those and maybe. :confused:


Yeah, no one involved with the design said "hey why don't we try to move the screws to the back and have them screw into the tops"?
 
I seem to remember a guitar from 10-20 years ago where there was swimming pool route and a bunch of different modules you could stick in. The Golden Age of Cheap Guitars maybe isn't the time for either of these ideas.
