Not unusual for a boutique pedal from a small maker. Really two bills is a bit steep for just about any pedal, and quite a few are more than that.

Mk III = Colorsound Tonebender

The Fulltone Soulbender and Prescription Yard Box were also Mk III clones, along with others.
