I am on the stationary bike right now. I really have to get back in shape. I was doing great for a while, them slacked off and gained most of the weight back.

This forum section will now be my daily motivator.

Just remember it's a simple equation if Intake>output weight goes up if Intake<output weight goes down...exercise, eat right and in moderation and you'll do great

BTW hows the knee, I recall you had some issues a while back. I find biking easy on my knees but make sure you set up the bike right for your height and don't hammer it for a long time(even on a Stationary) as that puts a lot of pressure on your knees, go for high RPM instead
 
The knee feels ok so far, already down 10lbs in a week. Cut out sugar and have been hitting the bike daily.
