I'd clean it thoroughly with something mild like diluted simple green then let it air out somewhere with a breeze or fan. If it's still stinky, I'd put some baking soda in a pan, place that in the cabinet and seal it up in a trash bag for a day.

Why is it some people can smoke and you hardly smell it, and others have a funk radius of about 10+ feet?
