I just got hold of this used G&L ASAT Classic Bluesboy Nitro Thin Series. Thin vintage white nitro finish on alder body with three-ply mint-black-mint pick-guard. I think this series was only sold through Pro Guitar Shop in 2011. The G&L MFD pup in the bridge has been switched out for a SD little '59 tele. The neck pup is the stock SD Seth Lover. Not very tele like but the SDs sound great and work well together. The bridge is a six-saddle brass on steel design. The neck is really nice. A little more beefy than my old ASAT Special. Fits my hand better.
IMO G&Ls offer some of the best values you can find in used guitars. They are fine USA made guitars that usually drop to a fraction of their original cost in resale. I don't know why.
