Much to the chagrin of JBJ, I was nominated and completed the ALS Icebucket Challenge, and nominated my drummer, my bass player, and our leader, Mr. Wein. :helper:



I also mentioned Jason Becker and offered links to his site and a brief video showing the composing that he's been able to accomplish without being able to move his body or speak.

Here's a tip for those of you who get nominated.... I did twenty minutes on the treadmill and some light freeweights. By the time I went outside and did the bucket, it was refreshing. :baimun:
 
Damn. If I had realized you had already been nominated, I would have gotten Kerouac, Rev, or OGG....
