Love fried fish, love tartar sauce, love sriracha.

Not familiar with the tongues though.

They are actually a little muscle from the neck of the fish.

I'd have to try them before I'd say I like them. I have a hard time with strange textured foods. If they're pretty much like a fillet, I'd be good. Slimy or rubbery and I'm out.
