Help! Vox AC15 & Impedence: Help!

As a follow up:

I was (am) playing a new AC15. I believe it was a combination of three things.

1. My speaker was still breaking in. It seems a lot louder now than it did a month ago.

2. The speaker is very directional. If I'm in certain places on stage, I can't hear the amp at all. If I'm in front of it, it's very loud.

3. We were playing pretty loud. We've all turned down quite a bit since - I've been playing with master volume almost all the way up and channel volume at about 6 or 7. Still loud, but not dimed and struggling.

Thanks for the help everyone :) My next step is to get an Alnico Blue in there! It's got a Greenback right now.

OK...I took my AC15 to a pickup gig on Saturday and had to basically turn it up to 10 to hear myself over the bass and drums, hehe. Here's what it sounds like. Gain was on 7, master on 10.

If you're the one playing the les Paul then you're just deaf, not the amps fault. If not than you just need your band to bring the stage volume down
