The controller has navigation buttons for going to the next (or previous) 8 tracks, as well as ways to go one track at a time. So you can effectively set levels and panning for a project very quickly without ever having to use the mouse.

Yeah. Tried all sorts of DAWs over the years, but I always come back to Samplitude. It just fits my workflow perfectly. And over the last couple of big versions Pro X has fixed or improved pretty much all of the stuff I used to find a bit frustrating before. Shame that Magix's PR department...

I don't. :o It's a climate thing though. Ours is very cold and dry and we have to run (de)humidifiers in the winter so our fretboards don't shrink. Apart from a couple of months each year I don't even have to wipe them down really.
