I'm assuming the back and side are laminate since they don't say solid?

It still looks like a pretty nice nylon string guitar. It looks a lot like a Manuel Rodriguez classical I used to have, and that was a very nice guitar!
 
Cutaways on nylon-strings are a deal-breaker for me.

Ditto for the nut width.

That, and I find the instrument kinda unattractive, anyway.
 
I have never spent much time with a nylon string, but thats a beaut.

It's a classical designed for non-classical players. The usual 2" nut would drive most non-classical players nutso.

My last custom acoustic (steel string) had a wider than usual neck for fingerstyle playing, but not classical width...

You know, to take this further into the land of the highly opinionated...

I can't think of more than a handful of guitar players who aren't associated with nylon-strings but still manage to get a great sound out of them.
