does anyone know a song with the phrase "strange fascinations" in it?

The Google says that phrase appears in a Sammy Hagar song, a Nat King Cole song and a Nick Hinton (?) song.

Yeah! I thought Thompson Twins, but then I knew it was one of those new-wavey gay bands I didn't get into anyway.
I can't remember the Thompson Twin song we did, maybe "Hold Me Now".
"Strange Fascination" is the name of the song I'm thinking of.

you see it's is a phrase that sits on the periphery of song lyric memory.... I started trying to write a song out of it but I always got the feeling that someone already wrote it.

That is strangely fascinating. I'm known for rearranged fashion.

That's supposed to be a clue. Strange Fashion.

I dunno, but now you have Carly Simon's "Anticipation" stuck in my head. :embarrassed:

Now I've got FTFY stuck in my retinas.... what's it mean?

I'm singing the line strange fascination to myself, definitely male and female vocals in there.

"Strange feeling fascination- Looking, loving, love so strong. Strange feeling fascination- Looking, loving, moving on..."

Something like that anyways- that friggin song plays everday at work (grocery store). Luckily, late winter/early spring is a slow time of yr, so I haven't worked in a couple weeks, & thus, haven't had to listen to it in a while:facepalm:

I hate that song:mad:
