There's a lot of different types of tandoori paste...a simple method for chicken breast would be to cut some slashes into the breast..rub them with the paste and stick 'em in the oven...that's it...serve up with naan bread or plain rice and a tomato and onion salad.

I don't approve of ready made pastes. :o...to make your own red paste just use:

A cup of yoghurt
1 TBSP of garlic and ginger paste (equal amounts in a food processor, a touch of water, and whizz it up)
2 tsps of red chilli powder (more if you want it hotter)
2 tsps of paprika powder
1 tsp of garam masala powder
1 tsp of cumin powder
quarter tsp of turmeric powder
1 TBSP of coriander powder
1 TBSP of lemon juice
Salt to taste

Mix it all up, marinade your chicken pieces in it for at least two hours and then put them in the oven.
