Threw this together last night from a bunch of shit we had lying around...

Bottom layer is ground beef mixed in with some peppers, a bag of sauteed Southwestern corn, and thick Worcestershire sauce. Next layer is slices of pepper jack cheese. Then a layer of mashed potatoes mixed up with cream and spicy mustard. Then topped with a blend of shredded Mexican cheese.
Surprisingly goddamn good, slathered in some more of that thick Worcestershire sauce. :aok:

Yep, that was my inspiration for this. It was really a matter of gathering together what ingredients we had and tossing something together. I figured, hey we gots potatoes and ground beefs and mini peppers, let's roll with this shit. :o
The thick Worcestershire is pretty new to me as well, but it goes perfectly with this bad boy.
This could probably be turned into a serious contender if I actually planned what to put in it next time.

It would be cool if there was a cooking show where the presenter spoke like this.

A nice twist on this and any other shepherd pie recipe - instead of mashed potatoes on top, top it with mashed sweet potatoes (or yams).

I can guarantee I'll be trying that, lovin' sweet potaters as I does. We just happened to have this big fuckin' bag of russets. :D
