I can't remember...I wasn't as into fried chicken back then.  For some reason I just remembered about them and Googled it. http://www.ochef.com/374.htm and http://www.broaster.com/index.html


I just found their website and I guess there is a place right up the street that has broasted chicken that I pass every day but have only gone for breakfast...

Isn't Pat and Oscar's kinda broasted? Their lemony version is to die for.

Im sure there is a Pat and Oscar's not far from you, perhaps in the Block mall.

Best piece of chicken I've ever eaten is from a shitty biker bar not far from here called the Cloverleaf Inn. My parents used to take us there as kids for the broasted chicken, it was amazing. One night, a lady at the bar was cursing up a storm. My step-mom politely asked her to tone it down as there were kids present, and she just got louder and more obnoxious. A fight almost ensued and we never went back. I'm thinking of stopping by with some friends and see if it's still as good as it once was.
