Since I don't have any input on the Turkey (other than I guess I'm frying it) I figured I would do a Trio of Wings.

The tasting will include a simple BBQ, a traditional Franks and a Chihihihihili-dog.

Hopefully this will make all attending happy and then I'll have all of the Chihihihihiliwings to myself :o

Too messy. Did you consider frying up a batch of turkey wings and coating them in hot sauce? Now there's something you can get done as fast as chicken wings.
