Not my most exciting culinary adventure but something I've always wanted to try...
3 cans beef Chili
1/2 onion
1 brick cream cheese
1 bag shredded cheddar cheese
Bag corn chips
I heated the chili. dropped the cream cheese in once it was hot and let it melt...topped with cheese and onions and dip the chips or mix it all together....tasty if horrible for you! We also had beer brats just lit our BBQ a few weeks ago... ;D
