I've seen this info from Tom Hess before(He's got a lot floating around the net)but its still good to read it again. You might also want to go to his website: Tomhess.net as there is a collection of his teaching articles that are free that have been posted in various guitar magazines. He's a professional teacher, and does institutes at Guitar Centers and such. He has an interesting way of selling his wares(Various tools to buy) - I found his stuff a bit expensive and geared more toward those who are on the fast track to becoming professional - Not really what I was looking for, but he seems to be very well organized in his methods and tools(I believe he also has some surveys to assess skills).
