just picked up a fender super champ xd

i met up with a guy from craig's list sunday and made a trade....my un-modded version 1 epiphone valve jr. and $30 for his fender super champ xd!

so far i like this amp....here are a couple of pics....man i need to polish my les paul.... thwap

thanks....i really love that guitar....it's a 1998 gibson les paul special sl....the color is "spearmint"....it is stock including the p100's that most gear snobs hate....but i like them....the picture doesn't do the guitar justice....it is a transparent green and the grain shows through nicely....

yes....channel 2 uses the voice knob....

i haven't had much time to play it but so far so good....i only played channel 1 so i haven't experimented with the different voicings....i used a little of the built in reverb and got some good tones through the lp in the picture and with my prs se with p90's....i'll give a better review once i have had time to play it more!

i have had a really busy week and haven't had time to play the scxd much....but hope to this weekend....i'll post a review....
