At the moment it's Thai Dressing made by a company called Twinfish. It's supposed to be for Thai salad, but tastes good with everything (pork, chicken etc.).

Its a hard one for me. I used to love Tapatio, but I've been using El Yucateco the most lately. I did try some of the Tabasco smokey chipotle last week that I really liked:

That stuff any good? I heard the Sriracha sold outside of Thailand is radically different in taste.
I think it's Tabasco, but for some reason it taste watered down here. Been that way I think now for over 5 years or more, but anyway it cost about ¥200 or about $2 so its affordable

Very tough call, but I'll go with Tabasco Habanero at the moment.

I'm using a bit of rayu recently. It's not really sauce, but sesame oil with chili and paprika added. I guess I lean more toward "Asian spicy".

I think it's mainly used for ramen or mabo-dofu, but being the uncultured foreigner that I am, I put it on everything.

It does. I'm not sure putting a poll up would do any good at this point.
