Rickenbacker 480

Introduced in 1973. It uses the body style of the 4000 electric bass. Flat fingerboard, detachable neck with bindings and dot inlays. This model lasted until the end of 1984.

No, no,no...that body style works as a bass, but looks HIDEOUS on a six-string.
