OK, here is another filipino one thats super easy and good.

Slice up beef (or yes, you can use pork Hobo, i do) into thin slabs, kinda like carne asada.

Marinade in soy sauce and lemon juice, and garlic powder overnight if possible.

Fry up the meat in a pan, few at a time, and set aside

after the meat is fried, put it back in the pan, pour in the marinade and cut an onion or two into rings and put in the pan.

Cover and simmer until the marinade reduces to a sauce. serve over rice. Tis wonderful.

It really is good and easy. Im a big fan of easy. hahaha.


Its interesting, i think the word "Bistik" is a pollution of the words Beef Steak. When said with a tagalog accent it comes out about the same. ;D
