First guitar in 20 years

Dabbled around when I was a kid with guitars. My dad used to play pretty much any instrument and taught me some basic chords

Fast forward about 20 years, and now I have 3 little ones. I felt music was always a positive thing between my Dad and I, so I went and grabbed a Takamine Jasmine model at Guitar Center.

Re-strung with Dean Markley strings, and I am slowly easing myself back into the world of chords...lol.

Glad I found this place.

the best part about this place is that I'm only one of a handful of folks who actually teach guitar around here and there is a ton of other really experienced folks around too...
