That's New Amp I'm Most Likely Going To Flip Day.

Got an offer on the Schecter the other day - a minty Fender Cyber Twin SE with footswitches. Considering it's worth more than the Schecter, I decided to take the offer...I'm having fun playing with it, but I'll still probably flip it - I'm dying for a new Lester, and if I can keep trading like I have been, I'm only a trade or 2 away from a Studio or Classic....with Fender's price increase, a new Cyber Trin SE is now streeting at $1750...they've been going $700-$800 on Ebay...it does actually sound pretty damn good, though. Someone in a cover band could do a *lot* worse than this amp....

Someone here (maybe its Mojofilter on GJ) swears by their Cybertwin but I could never get them to sound good at all once you used it in a band setting....my suggestion is flip. Good trade for the Schechter, though!

I had a first generation Cybertwin, and while I liked it at first, and appreciated the connectivity, I was always less than blown away with it in a band setting. Just sounded flat. Lino has a Vox Valvetronix (don't know the model #, but it's the first generation 212...about 120 watts) and it always sounded a lot better to me in a band setting than the Cybertwin.

I think I sold it for about $600, after paying almost $1200 a couple of years earlier.

Yeah, I've already got it posted on the Gear Page...I'll see how it does there then add in HC and Craigslist.
