I tried to post this pic already yesterday night, but it didn´t work so well, so I posted it at HCGJ instead. Now it works better for some reason, so here it comes. It´s our Saturday night dinner; halibut made in the oven, with a sauce from fish stock, cream, orange, rosemary and wine - the orange things in the pic are...eh...oranges made in the oven for some minutes. The brown things are Hasselback potatos. It´s slightly difficult to tune in the blend of fish stock, cream, orange and rosemary for the sauce - not too sweet, not too fishy or creamy - that´s why I put a set of Grover Rotomatics to the left in the pic. We had a Jurancon sec for this course; it´s made from the not so well-known grapes Gros and Petit Manseng; a well-tuned wine of course. biggrin

Thanks. And yes, I´ve also always liked Rotomatics much better than Klusons. iagree0

The fish, yes. We eat a lot of high quality fish for the moment. The reason is that my daughter some weeks ago started a (temporarily) job as a waitress at a very good fish restaurant, which is situated in the biggest fish market in our town. So she can buy the best for modest prices and bring home to her starving parents. :)

Looks awesome as usual, even though I'm more of a Kluson guy :o

Man I love halibut. That looks spectacular. Unfortunately, fish in this part of Canada is really, REALLY expensive.

Or maybe these: swedish sour herring. Stinks like a diarhea attack.
JModius: how can fish be so expensive in Canada; you got a lot of water around.

Otherwise, no matter of brand, all tuners of course goes well with this:
