I would have believed the "I was taking a giant crap and temporarily lost control of my extremities" defense before the "wide stance" defense.

or the "I was emulating Jean Claude Van Damme and trying to do that wierd holding myself up whilest doing a split against the walls." defense.

Van Damme was always so stealthy when he was doing that in the movies...he'd wait until the people walked under him and beat the snot out of them. If it were me I'd probably fart as soon they were under me and give away my location, and tumble to the ground with a broken hip... hopefully crushing them. ::)
