I also have a Peavey XR-800 powered Board and a satellite speaker system (Peavey) that has a 2 x 12" sub and 2 satellite speakers. This thing sounds great and and is perfect for a small venue, church or at home practice. $400.00 you pick up or pay shipping. The satellite speakers store inside the sub openings and the satellite speakers set on top pf stands (included) the entire system has crossovers so you don't have to mess with that.

If I had the money I'd probably be all over that first amp.

You should buy your wife the Challenger I believe it is a 1972-73. This way you would get a chance to drive it....LOL :aok:

You need one of these Mark, you would use it constantly...they are loud as heck and take any pedal 100% perfect. You wouldn't want to use anything else...lol! Seriously. I sold my full stack because now, I can go to a gig and carry my entire rig in, in one trip...amp in one hand with DI box and chords in the back, guitar and pedal board in the other hand...5 minutes, and I am ready to play.
