Hi Mark. Quick question on the Texas Blues material:

For Lick 19 (on the b-string, pulling off 8 - 5, then g string at the 7th, repeat) and Lick 23 (similar, with pull off on the e-string), how do you finger that? I.e., do you use your 3rd or 4th finger at the 8th fret for the pull-off? Makes sense to me to use the 3rd, especially since both licks end in a bend at the 8th fret, but wanted to check.

Also, don't think we've really talked about pull-offs, so any quick tips on those in general?

Thanks.

I would use the 3rd if there is a bend at the end...I don't have the book at home but it makes sense to play it that way.

Here is my lesson on pull offs:http://markweinguitarlessons.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=60&Itemid=39 (http://markweinguitarlessons.com/forums/../index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=60&Itemid=39)

It should help!
