What effect is being used?

I know its not just distortion...there is some other effect but since I am illiterate with pedals...maybe someone could tell me what it is...

Not like Boss-1 or whatever...

Like...phaser, wah wah, etc...

It almost sounds like a wah, but I'd say it's probably an envelope filter.

So, I was playing last night and I have decided that what you're hearing is the phaser. I don't think there's a wah or anything else fancy going on. I was able to get the same kind of effect with my EVH Phase 90 with the speed turned all the way down.
