View Full Version : Healthy (er) AND delicious Lunch thread!

Cobb salad from the local organic place. Romaine, grilled chicken, avacado, bleu cheese, hard boiled egg, and carmelized onions, with a bleu cheese dressing.

OK, so adding the fatty stuff defeats the purpouse a little, but still MUCH better for me than a normal chili lunch. And it is absolutely delicious.

I brought my home made filipino Mechado.

I'll have to post the recipe for it, its very good and easy to make.

It was amazing. I think this place will work its way into my weekly rotation of luncheries.

It is. The place here is called Calyspo Cafe. I think that is a pretty typical name.
