This is a copy of Ovation's Breadwinner, yes? Krashpad would love it.

For me, not so much. Ergonomic or not, back me damned.

I have a friend who has a Ovation Deacon 12 string (very, very similar body) and it sounds great. They were on the funky side of ugly looks so that is almost a good thing. The originals were pretty cheap just a couple of years ago and now they are selling for stupid amounts of money ($1100.00 and up).
