I'm still at it....trying to get at least an hour or more a day of practice and getting better .

Seems the site has taken an extreme hit.......looking forward to more progress, the book is working well for me at this point, thank you.

We hit a speedbump with the transition but its getting back to full strength....

Glad to hear it, working steadily with the metronome and the chord page.....sometimes I look ahead and try something new but I'm staying at the chords until they become second nature, then moving on in the book.

patience is a virtue at this point in the game......

That it is. I would try and move ahead a little bit, though. There are several chord lessons and working through all of them will get you closer to what you want...usually if a student tries to perfect one he'll stagnate and not get ahead much...

o.k. sounds good to me. I need to go back over the reading of the sheet music as it is a little confusing right now. If I have a specific hang up or problem I'll check back in here.
