So my wife had her 38th birtday. I gave her what she wanted: some sexy underwear (see pics). I also made a "Lotte de mer au beurre blanc de moutard", i. e. Angler (?) with a white butter sauce with mustard and rice in a cup. I really don´t want to terrorize you with my own playing, but this is what we actually listened to for the dinner: Wilmer´s solo on Czesniki:

That music was interesting. Hard for me to get into it, but i can't really give it a fair shake here at work.

Oh noes, it´s mine. Mine, he he he.

I wanted a semi-acoustic and my first idea was of course an ES 335. Those have become expensive, though, and none I tested was as good as the -63 I had in the mid-late 70s. All of a sudden I found this Howard Roberts Fusion, which has a thicker but smaller body, sounds jazzier than an ES 335, and for an acceptable price. It´s sometimes heard that it still is one of the few under-valued Gibsons, but I don´t know?
