This one is in two parts, there's a link at the end of the first video for the second video.

It's also spliced together, because I made about 3 attempts to explain this clearly in one go, and was too long winded in every one. So I cut it down in the editor, and I think it gains clarity even if there are a few jerky edits..... :facepalm:

I'll have to check it out tomorrow. Economy picking is something I've never really worked on....my alternate picking was always so poor that it has been my main focus for years...
