lol. I never noticed that. I had my receptionist compile the TOC and just checked to make sure it was accurate with the page numbers. :)

Thats what editors are for, of which I had none. <----see? I'm screwed. :p

I've always considered that something I teach the students in the lesson, but I guess if I want the book to be useful as a standalone method its something I should include....

the only reason i suggest the tuning thing is as a reference. because i can show you how to tune the guitar, but 9 out of 10 times, they're gonna forget when they walk out the door. if i can give the student something to refer to, where they don't have to read my chicken scratch, it helps.
also, i'm no copy editor, but i'll help you go over the next version if you want.
