OK...I have no idea how to set up a pedal board...but I want to be able to know what I need when I get more pedals...
I have ideas and am earning money slowly...
What do I need (other that the pedals and and small chords to connect the pedals)?
Where do I get a case, velcroe, etc...?

yes. they come in different sizes and have a roll of velcro with them. then all you need are some 6" pedal cables and maybe a power supply like the One Spot. you'll be set.

woah! That's expensive! 200 - 400 bucks?
I guess its worth it to protect your pedals...
Would it be cheaper to create your own board?

unless you're touring, a hardcase simply not necessary. i take 2 guitars and a pedalboard on the subway to rehearsals. i bring an amp for gigs too. a good softcase is far more valuable to me. i know lots of people disagree with me on this and i once held the same belief that if it wasn't in a hardcase, it wasn't protected. but experience has proven otherwise.

for now, since i'm not a rock star touring the world right now, i'll stick with the soft case until I need a hard case...
Thanks!
