Our local paper came out to see us and did some video. This was the first night out with my new amp. :aok: Cuts like a mo fo. and it was only on 2.5:cry: I was at least hoping to get it half way up. No FX, just some added dirt.

Here's another one that from the same videographer.

Pics from the night to follow later in the lounge.

Here's the one from the observer reporter. Seems the video is moved from the front page.

Nice! Was that the amp only or did you have a pedal in front of it?

It had a pedal in front (fat boost for some hair). I'm still dialing in. In hindsight I should have upped the amp volume with no pedal. Instead I had the volume a little lower and ended up bringing the volume up with a pedal. I didn't have a stellar night playing wise...kind of ham fisted a lot of notes. Next time ill be a little braver and just go with how the amp sounds...baby steps :D. The amp sounds incredible by itself, just fantastic.

Its always scary to go "nekkid" with the amp but for this kind of thing it might be very cool.

Also...part of what I want to work on starting in january is spicing things up, alternate chord voicings, more interesting solo techniques, etc...along with what you recommend of course. I still need to pick up a webcam yet.

Keep an eye out for our webcasts next month, too....we confirmed Paul Pigat and Rick Holmstrom this week and I'm sure there will be a ton of good info there as well.
