This is for one of my students and I am out of the loop on this stuff....I might replace the one in my Guild though so I'm personally interested in the answer to this one :)

personally, i would rather have a magnetic soundhole pup than a piezo. so either LR Baggs or Fishman.

I'll have to try a bunch of stuff out and see what I dig when the time comes..I have a Fishman in the guitar already but I'm not in love with it and there is something wrong with the treble string side...

For a magentic soundhole I would go with either a Sunrise (first choice by a wide margin) or a Fishman Rare Earth.
If you want to go undersaddle piezo or something similar I would heavily recommend the K&K Pure Western. Easy to install and really great sound.
