I met MAB at a clinic when he was endorsing Washburn guitars.

He actually seemed to be a really nice guy, and some of the stuff he played was more than just technical wankery.

Plus, actually watching him play two necks at the same time from 10 feet away was pretty amazing. :facepalm:

I like pointy guitars. Sometimes. That one, however, fails in ALL respects. The bullsye only belongs on an LP, and that if it is being held by a viking/biker wannabe hilbilly. That shape is horrid no matter what color, and that Epi headstock just throws it into the twilight zone.

Most Epis seem to play really nice IMO. As a matter of fact, the nicest playing guitar I have ever laid hands on was my old Epi LP.
